As the 4V brand evolved, so did our vision. We wanted our new look to reflect that.

In a January 13 press release, Lucid states that the name change represents its focus on delivering impactful multimedia content that helps its creators tell their stories effectively and engage their audience.
Jane Lee, talent management head at operating company 4V Inc. said:
"We are excited to embark on this new chapter as Lucid Multimedia. This rebranding represents our focus on delivering innovative content and our commitment to supporting our talents in their endeavors."
VTubers under 4V LiveāVivian Voss, Orion Juno, Angelina Kumalo, Boomi Mamana, Neiomi Cielo, and Roza Coatlāwill continue their activities as "Virsonas" under the Lucid brand.
The agency debuted its talents under the Origins class in July 2021, followed by Vnus in January 2022. Roza, formerly of Haven-X, joined in August 2022 and is the sole member of the Farfarers class.
