Cosplay Mania announced that the meet-and-greet sessions are limited to 25 participants for each session with a HoloID member. Similar to the rules set by Indonesia's Comic Frontier for their HoloMeet sessions, slots will be raffled off.
Those who will be picked are required to pay Php800 (around US$14) to secure their slot. Cosplay Mania has provided a detailed set of rules:
