Hololive’s Regis Altare Announces Collab With Nijisanji’s Alban Knox

Regis Altare of Hololive English’s TEMPUS unit has announced the hugely anticipated stream collaboration with Alban Knox from Nijisanji English’s Noctyx unit. It is the very first major collaboration between two English-speaking VTubers from Hololive and Nijisanji.

In a simple tweet, Altare announced the upcoming collaboration with Know would be with the game Stardew Valley, to be held this October 15 at 7:00(JST).

The Altare-Knox collaboration is a significant update for existing Hololive/Nijisanji relations. While collaborations between the two giant agencies are common on the Japanese side, the English units are far more secluded from one another, even if both talents from each agency have shown interest in a collaboration.

One of those recent examples was a supposed collaboration with Hololive’s Takanashi Kiara and Nijisanji’s Pomu Rainpuff, canceled at the last minute. Meanwhile, a supposed APEX collaboration between Hololive’s Kureiji Ollie and Nijisanji’s Selen Tatsuki was also canceled at the last minute.
