Ninomae Ina'nis of Hololive English has announced that she will be taking an extended break, citing health-related issues, resulting in her fatigue and burnout on streaming constantly.

In her recent announcement stream, she narrated her recent trips to the doctor related to her health. While her condition was not specified, she said that it has come to a point that she needs a proper break in order to recover fully.

“It’s something I decided after a lot of thinking and a lot of discussion. You guys may have noticed I have not been feeling very well throughout this year. Recently, since it was easier for me to go to the doctor, I figured I should nail things down and find out what’s going on,” she said.

Ina added, “Even though I was trying my best to keep the stream going, I’ve reached the point where my body isn’t listening to me. I really need to take a break — I physically can’t [stream]. After streams I was just so tired, I couldn’t get the basic stuff I needed to do done.”

On the bright side, Ina said that the extended break only applies to her streaming and stated that she may appear from time to time on her Twitter profile. She also said that she may host Twitter Spaces from time to time, and plans on doing a ‘massive’ Twitter Space, where she will be talking some of her favorite anime titles this season.

COVER Corp. has yet to release an official statement related to Ina’s break. It is also worth noting that Ina had never specified a date of when she will return, so fans can expect longer months without streams from Ina.

In a follow-up tweet, Ina has thanked her fans for supporting her decision to go on a prolonged break, adding that while the decision was hard to make, it was made in order to improve things on her end as well.

Ninomae Ina’nis is part of Hololive English’s first generation called ‘Hololive Myth’, alongside Mori Calliope, Takanashi Kiara, Amelia Watson, and Gawr Gura. She has over 1,000,000 subscribers as of this writing.
