Project Kavvaii Celebrates Lunetide’s 6th Monthsary With Slew of Events, Updates
Updates include merch launch, a Minecraft server launch, and a food tie-up with airasia's restaurant brand Santan.
Project Kavvaii, the VTuber project under the low-cost airline brand airasia, has announced a slew of activities to celebrate the sixth monthsary of their VTuber generation Lunetide composed of Airi Gwynevere and Mikazuki Mai.
Separate streams from both Airi Gwynevere and Mikazuki Mai will be held on October 23, 8:00PM and 11:00PM respectively (GMT+8) to interact with their respective fans, and announce their merchandise launches.
In addition, Project Kavvaii will be opening a Minecraft server which will include designs related to both of them.
On October 23, a Discord event will be also held, where fans can join a karaoke contest to win a Discord Nitro subscription.
As part of Lunetide’s 6th monthsary, Project Kavvaii has teamed up with Santan, airasia’s restaurant brand, to launch a limited-edition meal bundle. The bundle includes Chicken Bites with Korean Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Sweet Potato Fries and Sirap Bandung. These bundles come with a Lunetide sticker sheet with illustrations by Gwyn and Mai.
The meal bundle is only available in Malaysia–specifically around Klang Valley including IOI Mall Puchong, KL East Mall, Kompleks PKNS, NU Sentral, Setia City Mall, Sunway Pyramid and Wisma Tune. The meal bundle promo will run from October 30 to November 30 this year, and fans can get a chance to win Project Kavvaii’s exclusive merchandise collections by simply taking a screenshot of receipt purchases.
In addition, Lunetide merchandise will be available on airasia Super App’s Travelmall in November, which includes Gwyn and Mai enamel pins, acrylic keychains, magic mug, sticker sheet and tote bags.
Project Kavvaii debuted its Lunetide generation in April this year. The VTuber project was first launched in March 2021, and then debuted their first-ever talent Aozora Kurumi in May 2021. Kurumi then graduated in August this year.
