Gawr Gura Gets Aquarium Collaboration
The shark-girl of hololive English will have her first aquarium collaboration in 2024!
Hololive English -Myth-'s Gawr Gura will have a collaboration with Sendai Umino Mori Aquarium called "Gurarium," which will be open for a limited time from Janunary 20, 2024 (Saturday) until February 29.
As part of the Japan Tourism Agency's Blue Tourism Promotion Initiative, the collaboration between the City of Sendai and Gura will promote Sendai as well as its surrounding coastal areas.

A newly-drawn life-size panel as well as a welcome movie (introductions of creatures by Gura herself) will be featured during the collaboration period.
There will also be a "Sparkling of Life" sardine show at the central tank, plus performances by dolphins and sea lions at the Umino Mori stadium. Gura will be narrating the programs with featured music by hololive production.
Also scheduled for sale during the said period are food, drinks and merch in line with the collaboration's theme. More details are set to be released on December 18, 2023, and this story shall be updated to reflect the new details.
The aquarium, located at the City of Sendai in Japan's Miyagi Prefecture, is a public aquarium opened in 2015, succeeding the Marinepia Matsushima Aquarium, which ran for 88 years.
Gawr Gura is regarded as one of hololive production's biggest talents, reaching out to 4.41 million YouTube subscribers.
