In response, Z-aN has issued a notice for fans, allowing them to refund tickets being purchased for the event. Refunds for the event via Z-aN are as follows:
- [hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! 2-day Viewing Ticket] - Refund amount: Half of the total purchase price, including system usage fees.
- [hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine Viewing Ticket] - Refund amount: Full purchase price, including system usage fees.
Z-aN has previously released a statement stating that they have conducted a service maintenance earlier following the technical difficulties.
"We have identified the issue, conducted investigations, and confirmed that it has been mitigated," the company stated.
