Den Den no Denno Densha Anime Short Stars Shishigami Leona, Soda Kit

The series is an addition to a handful of shows in Japan where majority of the cast are VTubers.

Chubu Nippon Broadcasting (CBC Television) in central Japan premiered a short 3D anime series called Den Den no Denno Densha (Den Den's Cyber Train) in its late-night timeslot.

The 3D anime short stars Re:AcT's second-generation virtual singer Shishigami Leona and virtual singer group Soda Kit composed of Yupsilon (who made their major label debut with Pony Canyon), Figaro, Rasetsu and Mugei Shiganai. The cast appear as themselves, sharing the common happenings in their daily lives in a funny way in a mysterious train driven by the spirit "Denden."

The first episode which premiered Thursday 1:35am Japan time talks about number combinations, a topic brought upon after Rasetsu showed his pager.

CBC Television co-produces the series with STUDIO HUIT, CHET Marketing, and Pony Canyon, with screenplay and direction by Keita Matsuda.
